Business Strategy Session

Nonprofit Strategic Planning

A business strategy session is a session for those who want to work directly with Charity. During this time, Charity will work directly with individuals to assist them in creating business strategies. This includes but is not limited to assisting with business entity filings, business plan structuring and development, business brainstorming, bylaws development, nonprofit structuring, business structuring, creating operations and processes, marketing strategies, and fundraising strategy development. Sessions are done in person.

Charity will spend two days working directly with your nonprofit Executive Director and Board of Directors to establish a full-scale strategic plan. Charity will review every aspect of your nonprofit with you and lead you in creating goals and objectives. From your mission and vision to your programming and leadership to fundraising and budgeting plans, Charity helps you navigate through it all. In the end, you will receive a final copy of your strategic plan. Sessions are done in person over two days.

Business Consulting Call

During a 1-hour call, clients are able to ask Charity any business questions. Consulting calls are great for those with a limited budget, those who are motivated enough to receive instructions and implement themselves, and those who need an outside source to bounce ideas or concerns off of.

Marketing Strategy Session

A 2-hour session where we sit down and deep dive into your business marketing strategy. At the end of the session, you will have a complete plan of action for your marketing. This session can be done in person for clients who reside in the state of Oklahoma or by Zoom for clients out of state.
